Clear elastic blends with any fabric color, stretches 3 - 4 times its original length, is chlorine safe and dry cleanable. Perfect for lightweight fabrics, it is comfortable to the skin. Use it to make hanging loops, stabilize seams, and give controlled stretch to openings in aerobic and swim-wear, T-shirt knits and more.
