Silicone Coated Cloth

I haven't actually used this yet, but I was happy to see the quality product arrive from for a task on my to-do list - adding a cover to a fold up, mini-ironing board. Home Sew's customer service to emailed questions, quality products, and speedy shipping keep them as my main supplier for sewing and fiber arts.

And, even though I sometimes purchase globally, I do appreciate knowing that I am shopping in my state of PA and knowing which items are made-in-America on their website. :)

I purchased this specialty fabric to make a new cover for my large ironing surface. As a quilter I need a clean heat resistant surface. This fabric is light enough to sew easily and tough enough to take the heat. If the need arises, I would purchase this fabric again.

My old Ironing board cover was a mess so I bought some of this and made a new cover. It is perfect.

I used the silicone coated cloth to redo my ironing board. I am very happy with it.
