I am happy with the snaps and so far, whatever I have ordered from you. Saddened about the increase in the amount needed to get free shipping. I am sure your reason is legitimate but I have very limited funds and it makes it difficult for me. There was also a quality control issue which I will contact you about. Thank you for what you do.
